This is a film about erotomania (a type of delusion where someone believes that a complete stranger loves them). Most of the movie leads you to believe that Audrey Tautou is a completely innocent young lady with a strong infatuation for a doctor.
The ending was absolutely brilliant and so is the acting. This role for Tautou was definitely a change from the sweet Amelie Poulain. He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not is a film that is worth seeing!
