This is worthwhile just for Jack Palance's performance. It is like he is acting against his will and furious about it. Many of the other cast members appear to have been drugged with some kind of slacker-opiate.
..this film has the most apathetic elf I've ever seen. And Catronia MacColl is, of course, gorgeous. An easy rental, no matter what Bilbo Bagshot's dad says.
