Review of Havoc (2005) by Jamie M — 25 Jun 2008
Was very much close to real life in LA America. (Glad I dont live there)A group of young girls whos idea of fun and a real alternative to their lives backfires. Anne Hathaway is a versatile actress who has fully absorbed into her rich, smart, beautfiul yet needing a fix of danger character.
Such a different role that does wonders. Was disappointed with Joseph Gordon-Levitt's performance, crazy stone head seemed to be over acting. A definate below par after the film Brick for him. As usual Freddy Rodriguez playing his Latino 16 street gang member gets it down to a tee! The whole film is like one big esculation! Everything having a ripple effect.
Was expecting a better ending as it felt a bit abrupt, a good film although I dont think id watch it that often.
