Its not to bad. Alot funnier than I ever could have expected. One joke had me laughing for a good few minutes. Kane Hodder is great as both Victor Crowley and his Father. Although he is no Jason Voorhees, Crowley is still a cool character and holds no punches when it comes to murder.
Tony Todd is totally wasted in his camero however Robert Englund is used very well and starts the film off on the correct tone, funny but nasty. Worth a look if you enjoy Slasher films.
