A film that is has tons of gore that is surprisingly pretty good. it has some scares in it and a lot of jumpy parts. the acting is so awful that its funny, and you can't wait for each character to die.
although the storyline is very unoriginal, hatchet brings over the top gore along with a few scares to make this a decent horror film.
