A nice change from the usual POW WWII flicks about honor and loyalty with great performances by the entire cast and an amazing debut into Hollywood flicks by Farrell while he steals the show from an over-the-top-too-patriotic-bullshit Bruce Willis.
The ending ruins it for me but it's great.
