Review of Hart's War (2002) by Lance M — 19 Jan 2008
This movie is about a Lieutenant that gets captured by German soldiers and is sent to a POW camp where the highest ranking prisoner, played by Bruce Willis, sends him to another building due to lack of space.
Two black pilots end up in the camp as well and when a fellow white soldier turns up dead they set up a tril to determine if one of the black pilots killed him. The movie definately borrows ideas from other movies like the great escape and the TV series Hogans Heroes.
It was an alright movie, not the greatest thing I've ever seen but not bad. Acting was pretty good, even for a young Colin Farrell. I'd recommend it.
