Review of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004) by Ryfleman — 24 Jan 2012

One of the great things about this film is the fact that it you are able to follow it without ever reading or watching any of the previous installments. A basic understanding of 'They're wizards, the main characters parents got murdered by some bloke named Voldemort, and the 3 main characters are BFFs' is all you need to understand this.

Of course this isn't the only shining part of the movie. The characters are starting to mature, making it easier to relate to the characters and make them overall even more likable. The new characters are all appealing, and the twist end was done very will. For a newcomer, your going to be better off starting with the first two, but if, for some strange reason, can't this will be a good starting point and one of the best in the series.
