Review of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001) by Barbara C — 28 Dec 2014

Rewatch with a 5 year old. Everyone knows this is an amazing film and series so let me add one acclaim I haven't read. The fact that Harry doesn't know anything in the beginning of the series makes it a perfect movie for everyone and especially the kindergarten and primary school group.

My grandson watched this and barely blinked which is a high complement. Finally, it's the first "super hero" movie he's seen where the hero is a boy instead of an adult.
