Review of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001) by Kandi L — 16 Apr 2014
There have been some amazing movie series out there. Indiana Jones, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Planet of the Apes, and so many more. However in my opinion none of those are as great as the Harry Potter series.
The Resurrection Stone was a brilliant first installment of this bloody great series. The Resurrection Stone was great at introducing the characters and introducing us to the wizarding world. It was great and bonding te friendships and rivalries and brought many young actors into the spotlight making them around the world sensations.
The movies adaption to the book was genius and added the perfect amount of humor to the dark story that lurked behind. The graphics were amazing from spells and quidditch to the wondrous magical creatures of their world.
The music used was phenomenal full orchestral music made for the perfect addition to thrills and suspense. In my opinion this movie was just brilliant and probably one of my favorite movies of all time.
If there's one thing unknown it's that Harry Potter will live forever.
