Review of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001) by Dan H — 13 May 2014
It is long, and it can drag at times but the set designs are beautiful and the film is filled with a delightful sense of wonder and magic. The kids do a good job, but the real standouts here are Hagrid and Snape.
It should come as no surprise that this is still one of the best of the franchise.
