Review of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007) by Hardy H — 15 Mar 2015

The most emotional of them all so far, and starting to get darker and more meaningful, in my opinion. But obviously the later in the story, the films draw more from the emotions and sentiments that have been banking in. Nonetheless, this is my favourite Harry Potter flim.

It still bothers me a bit how similar in structure all these chapters are, but at least I finally feel like the story is going somewhere. And the action is definitely the best yet, and the climatic scene is the best of the franchise thus far. I guess my only regret is the little romance thing isn't going the way I want it: I was really rooting for Hermione, and I am sure I am not the only one. Lively yet righteous, maybe she's written a bit too perfect to not be with the main character, and Ron isn't exactly displaying many admirable characters.

By the way, why are they always wondering how to get somewhere? dont they have flying blooms? they use it sometimes, and then forget about it completely when they really need it. or that timemachine necklace....etc.
