Well no-one is ever going to say its better than the book and it's not.

So much missing especially the begining(Dumbledore sorting out the Dursleys and Harry sending Kreacher to work with the Hogwarts House elves so he can keep an eye on him) and the end (no explanation of what happened when the Death Eaters arrived i.e Bill bitten by Greyback etc, where the Half-blood Prince got his name, laying to rest of Dumbledore ;-). Acting seems a bit wooden at times between the main 3.
