Review of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) by Anna F — 10 Apr 2013
I'm sorry, but his movie is terrible. First of all, when I think magic or fantasy I think of an escape from reality. But what happens here? The kids with magic powers gotta go to SCHOOL and get GRADED rigourously on their magic powers. I'm sorry, but I had enough of school when I was held back from third grade just because I wrote a bomb threat- geeze, who thought people were so uppity about those things?
Anyways, so Harry Potter, the kid who gets picked on for being so cool and talented (oh boo hoo) whose personality consists of having a scar, is chosen to be the champion for some tournament despite not signing up, because he's jsut that awesome...and hten starts winning...and people are being mean to him for it, wahhh. This whole movie is complain brags.
Not even Robert Pattinson can save this movie. I mean sure, he's hot, but he's just not pale and dead enough (although, they do try.) If you want to watch a fantasy that is TRULY magical, use this dvd as a beer coaste rand pop out some of his later work...you won't be dissapointed ;).
