Review of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) by Maxwell T — 06 May 2013
The fourth installment in the Harry Potter is, pun intended, quite magical. Wonderfully acted, with some of the best special effects of its, and even today's time, as well as a magnificent screenplay.
The film is slightly faster paced than its predecessors, but for all the right reasons. Fiennes and Tennant are immeasurably terrifying, while Gambon and Radcliffe shine above the rest, as everyone, the actors and the storytellers alike, is starting to mature.
The film is loyal to the text, and the movie is wonderfully done. 4/5.
