Review of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011) by Lanlost — 14 Jul 2011

I must say, as someone who has never read the books but has seen the movies with my girlfriend (who loves the books).. this movie floored me. When I say this movie, I mean both parts, as a whole. For the first time in the entire movie series I was completely sucked in from start to finish.

While I know this may make the ones who love the books and deny the movies any right to exist, unless they could somehow match (or top) the books, snicker I'm not sure what to say. My girlfriend seems to have loved it, which is saying a lot. She hated many aspects of the movie series at times such as the entire 6th movie.

I would say, don't miss the chance to see this while it's in the theater. 'tis all.
