Review of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011) by Movie E — 23 Jul 2014
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2.
I looked up to Harry Potter, both growing up as a kid, and still now. It has been my childhood, watched the movies like everyday when I was little, and later read all the books.
So when the 10 year series ended (not including the books) I got a little chocked up.
The story basically is that Harry, Ron, And Hermione, have to find the remaining hor cruxes to kill Voldemort, but hog warts is in great danger, because war has began.
I absolutely love this film. It stayed true to the book, and respected the audience. It isn't just a great movie to watch when you want to shove popcorn in your face while you want to test your home stereo system, but also at its core, is a successful drama.
I was on the edge of my seat from start to finish, even though I knew what was going to happen because of the books, and just loved how it managed to do that.
David Yates brings a very soft, calm touch to this film, but when action scenes are happening, it is filmed with such perfection.
The acting is great, Daniel Radcliffe, was and will always be the perfect Harry.
Rupert Grint was and always will be the perfect Ron Weasly.
Emma Watson, was and always will be the very beautifully stunning, Hermione Granger.
The final thing I have to say is that.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2.
Is a fun, sad, and perfect way to end one of the best series of all time.
