Review of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010) by Gerald D — 06 Dec 2012
The slowest of the movies. I was not thrilled with the run and hide portion of the movie, which was most of it. Lots of character development. I do like Harry and Hermonie (Not a big Ron fan). What would Harry do without this friends. Hermonie is a life saver. Literally.
There were a few good action sequences. I am sure this is mostly leading up to the big finale and showdown in the last movie (Part 2). Also I found the whole Deathly Hallows legend kinda random at this point in the series. But clearly you don't want Voldemort getting his hands on any of it.
I am glad I didn't spend the money tosee it in 3D. Would not have mad ethe story any better. I will look forward to the finale though. It should be good.
