Review of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010) by Syleanna C — 26 Apr 2013
"The most entertaining, well-made, scariest, strongest & most mature film of the legendary franchise so far. The acting gotten so much better since David Yates took over the series, the chemistry between Harry, Ron & Hermione is excellent here.
What I also liked was how much Yates focused on story here, it was good. New & 3rd composer of the franchise, Alexandre Desplat provides as good as score as was with John Williams and Nicholas Hopper (the other two composers of the series).
The set pieces are great to look at and the visual effects earlier in the film in probably the best action sequence of the flim were stunning. Harry Potter movies keeps getting better and darker as the franchise is coming to a close.
Deathly Hallows: Part 2 should be exciting to watch, can't wait.".
