Review of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010) by Ryan S — 28 Nov 2012
If I wanted to watch Harry Potter I would pick the first 3 because they have a magical wizardry feel to it that says " hey look it's Harry Potter ". David Yates took the characters of Harry Potter and transported them into a different movie, i'm sorry but 2 hours of boredom isn't my cup of tea.
I've noticed throughout the series that after the first 3 it becomes more darker than it being a family movie. While watching The Deathly Hallows Part 1 it goes from Harry Potter that we all know and enjoy, to a completely different genre and feel of what made Harry Potter exciting.
Is this really the direction it goes when reading the book?. The only character I enjoyed fully is Dobby, Dobby was a great elf. I'm sorry to the HP fans out there, but come on even you must've felt something was a bit off while watching Part 1, just hope Part 2 doesn't disappoint me.
. maybe Dobby comes back and finds Harry's glasses all dented up in the rain and puts them on lol..
