Review of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010) by Monkey P — 02 Jan 2013

Filled with terrific performances, an epic, intricate story, and beautiful visuals. The only thing I didn't like was how they sort of rushed through things and left a lot of information, that should have first appeared in previous films, either present and unexplained or just simply rushed.

And for people who haven't read the book, they most likely will be confused and lost to an extent. This film,in particular, is strictly for fans of the novel. But none-the-less, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 still serves as a satisfying penultimate chapter for the long-running film series, and prepares fans for the big finale.
