Though the book's second installment was an improvement, the second movie falls flat compared to the magical (no pun intended) performance by everybody in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.
The plotline seemed to improve but Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint do not work as well together. After the completely amazing first movie, this was a shocking blow to the franchise.
