If you can ignore the fact that Rowling has blatantly stolen so much from Tolkien, its an entertaining enough fantasy film for the kids. Nowhere near as fantastical as the first film, but certainly a bit of fun.
"Moaning Myrtle: Oh, Harry? If you die down there, you're welcome to share my toilet.".
