Review of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002) by Dominic C — 22 Feb 2014

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets continues the story and makes it even more enjoyable. The story, effects, and characters are as good as the first and perhaps even better. Ginny Weasley who literally had only one line in the first movie, gets her chance to shine in this movie,and works well, but her character gains more depth over the series and as of now hasn't come up to the character's full potential.

However this is simply because the foucs isn't supposed to be on her, so I can't fault the filmakers, or the actress for that. The best of the new characters to me is easily Dobby. Dobby is one of the most lovable characters in the series in my opinion, and is just so cute.

This movie does what good continuations do and adds more to the characters that wasn't known in the first film. Again if you liked the first film, you'll probably like this one just as much if not more.
