Review of Harry Brown (2009) by Chris P — 27 Feb 2011
Following a similar plot to Grand Turismo, Michael Caine takes on a neighbourood as an old ex SAS soldier. This is a far darker and harder hitting movie set in the council blocks of London and thats what probably makes it feel more real.
Throughout the violence and action, there seems to be something missing.Maybe its that little hope of humanity that is missing, where revenge is ok.Caine is never the less amazing, and for his performance alone, this is worth a watch.
