Review of Harry Brown (2009) by Peter T — 07 Aug 2011
A superb Michael Caine plays the title role in this bloody tale of vengeance. When the recently widowed ex-Marine Harry Brown suffers an additional loss at the hands of the warring drug thugs that riddle the bleak locality he stays in, he takes matters in his own hands and rains holy hell on the gangsters.
What makes this bloodsoaked thriller even more enthralling is how the emphysema afflicted pensioner whoops the punks' asses with aplomb.
