Maude stays just on the right side of me and doesn't quite allow her verve to wander into annoying. Bud Cort was brilliant; his dispondancy utterly believable and wonderfully engaging.
I never would have been convinced of this film's love story, prior to watching it; however, it is indeed rather affecting.
