Review of Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004) by Alex R — 31 May 2011
Having seen Harold and Kumar: Escap From Guantanamo Bay before this one, I kinda got the short end of the stick. Everything in this was much tamer than the second, however; this is the far superior film.
This is a hysterical stoner comedy which stands pretty close to my top faves of the genre. It even has a nod to other movies, for example, Dude Where's My Car?. The story is nothing original, but Harold and Kumar could be a couple dudes living down the hall from you.
