Some individually funny scenes spread out over an evening of hijinks. Pot. Peeing in the woods. Random raccoons. Neil Patrick Harris. Street toughs at a gas station. I'm sure had I seen this back when it originally came out, I'd have loved it a lot more.
Instead I didn't see it until after the hangover, wedding crashers, or even tropic thunder, so I naturally compare it to those modern classics instead of recognizing this as their forerunner in many respects.
