Great premise for a movie, though redundant in near-future sci-fi themes. FX circa early 90's, writing cliche most times. Val Kilmer never looks like he does on the DVD cover. Could have been pulled off a lot better.
Cuba and Val were consistent in their roles (reflecting their great skills), but their lines and direction lacked.
