This film was ok, and a good example of how to make a low-budget sci-fi film work. In some respects the world created here is more authentic than the cyber-punk bullshit you find in the Matrix trilogy.
That said, the plot is pretty lame and the whole thing just fizzles out in an anti-climactic fart.
