Watched this for the first time since it came out. Back then I was in my teens and all I remembered from it was the gory bits and the Peeping Tom-neighbour :) There's a lot of that but also a lot of aspirations to being something more.
It does feel a bit too artsy for its own good at times but among the post apocalypse-movies this is still a good choice.
