Review of Hardware (1990) by Sean C — 08 Dec 2009
A movie worth a revisit and one very much of its time, Hardware is a fun watch. Director Richard Stanley knows how to make a relatively small budget work for him and aside from dodgy sets and a rather awkward mechanoid it all still looks pretty good.
Plot is not the essence here, style and mood are and both are here in abundance. Deserving of its cult status.
