Review of Hardware (1990) by The Critic ( — 26 Oct 2013

Restricted by its budged more so than premise potential or the filmmaker's imagination, 'Hardware' is a curious, weird piece that doesn't quite satisfy, going a little too over-the-top in the last twenty or so minutes.

Dylan McDermott, Stacey Travis and especially John Lynch portray some intriguing and potentially complex characters here; they're not given the opportunity to fully develop, but the trio, combating an evil cyborg, are the real driving force behind this particular comic book movie.
