"Hardcore Henry" is an action film that is something you need to see, not because I feel like you will love it, you very well may hate it, but it is something unlike any other and is something you need to have an opinion on.
I very much enjoyed it and I absolutely loved the first person perspective. It made the film very exciting and interesting and this movie could not have been that great without it. Sharlito Copy was a standout performance and he had one of the best comedic scenes in the film.
The story could have used a lot of improvement, and it was not the smartest thing ever written, but I'll admit the filming technique did distract me from some plot holes. This movie was a lot of big, dumb, gory fun and it is so cool to say I saw a film that was entirely shot in first person perspective.
It should be seen by action fans and should just be seen so you can have your own say on how good you feel this type of movie is.
