Hardball is a disappointing film. It is about an aimless young man who agrees to coach a Little League team from the Cabrini Green housing project in Chicago as a condition of getting a loan from a friend.
Keanu Reeves and Diane Lane give horrible performances. The screenplay is badly written. Brian Robbins did a terrible job directing this movie. I was not impressed with this motion picture.
