Review of Hardball (2001) by Peter M — 16 Aug 2007
This movie did a great job of illuminating the world of the people who live in the ghettos of deep urban life as well as a good baseball movie. Reeves was fantastic as a degenerate who turns himself around, and the ending was definately a twist.
It's not your typical sports movie, but it touches all the strings.
