I am sure that after being in a come long enough to grow a lot of facial hair he would be able to get up and start training to fight the baddies that killed his family. I am unsure how his muscles wouldn't have atrophied after all that time.
The best part of this film is Kelly LeBrock, so hot for the early 90's.
