Of all the Van Damme movies to review, I chose this one first. WOW! - what is not to like? First I'll comment on his acting which I say, is his best. Yes I said it. For once VD was given an opportunity to play with accent rather than try and pass off as an American.
Next, the mullet. Come on - he wears it well. Then there's the awesome villains - Lance Hwnriksen and Arnold (The Mummy) Vosloo. Combined with John Woo's amazing vision, Hard Target is a film that was overshadowed by John Woo's later success.
