John Woo's American debut is underwhelming, but entertaining enough. It's little more than a showcase for the Muscles from Brussels, but it still features all of Woo's signature stylistic touches.
Plus, Lance Henriksen is in it, and is obviously having a blast as the villain. That's reason enough to check it.
