Holy boring crap, Batman. This by the numbers, straight to video, very 90s movie is a typical collection of prison movie clichà (C) with a dash of poorly choreographed martial arts fights. Bad writing, bad directing, and not much in the way of acting.
Typical of the decade and the genre.
