I used to love this film - can't beat a bit of karma, but surely the guy's smart enough to realise she was playing him from the moment they met - even from her reaction to him wiping the chocolate from her lips.
Can he really be that obsessed with his prey that he's blind to her game? Maybe he wanted to die...
