Just look at that picture for Hard Boiled, this movie has easily the best action sequences ever strung together. The plot is actually a strong complement to all the mayhem in how it shames cowardice. Though it shows that through them killing dozens of bad guys.
This is without a doubt the best action move ever made. It will get your heart rate going.
