Chow Yun Fat meets unlimited clips, making a 2 hour "Cult Classic" of insane shootout sequences, drama, and cheesy dialogue. As the "Hard Boiled" Hong Kong police officer, Fat unloads hot lead into anything and everything associated with the mobster he aims to take down.
That is the basic drift of it all, aside from love interest Teresa Mo, and a baby that pisses out fires on peoples' pant legs.
