Review of Happy-Go-Lucky (2008) by E F — 17 May 2009

I need to stop judging films by their covers or names. Or because I love seeing London on the big screen. I'd been wanting to see this film for ages so perhaps that was why I was a bit dissapointed with it.

Hawkins was great to watch. I liked her kooky character but her voice got a wee bit annoying after a while. (She sounded like Staceys' mum from Eastenders.).

The plot wasn't what I expected at all. Her driving instructor was rather scary and has put me off driving even more so now! Ha! But perhaps by the time I hit 30 too I shall be as Happy-Go-Lucky as Poppy.
