The main character's continuous smiley demeanor seems impossible and unrealistic. Only the most clueless person person could be this ignorantly happy, and the character shows occasional insightfulness, which makes this bliss seem false.
If it wasn't for the excellent and enjoyable acting performances by the driving instructor and the flamenco teacher, this movie would have been a complete waste of time.
