Perhaps one day ill finish this film. but you'll have to clamp my eyes open, clockwork-orange-style. the first 30 minutes are frankly un-watchable. grating, thinly drawn characters who have uninspired, "quirky" interactions.
the film wants you to think that poppy and are friends are lovable and eccentric but presents characters who are manic, inconsistent, and hysterical. none of it is believable. there was absolutely nothing I could relate to while watching this film.
the experience was akin to babysitting a rowdy group of kindergartners while nursing a hangover.
