A potentially funny comedy, but unfortunately smothered with several very lame jokes and Adam Sandler as some violent, brain-damaged maniac. Happy Gilmore isn't all that the hero that most people that wanna be, or even thought to be.
A 'hero' doesn't go around whacking out people who pisses him off and still wins the day at the end of the movie. But still, if you like Adam Sandler or golf comedy is your kind, this movie is for you.
