This was one of Sandler's first movies. It's one of his best, a classic. There are a lot of funny moments in the movie. And the movie is fun. Happy Gilmore is a sympathetic main character, though he has anger issues, you're rooting for him against the snobby antagonist.
There are multiple laugh out loud moments in the movie.
