Review of Happy Endings (2005) by Lamare M — 20 Jun 2007
I really loved the climatic beginning, and the clever use of words to tell the story, no film I've seen was that clever. This and the plot makes Happy Ending one of the most interesting films you could see.
Maggie Gyllenhall, Bobby Carnivale, c'mon that's rich. Thanks to the clever cast, and a story that has more than enough "Hey, it could happen" laced through it to make you break something;there's a redeeming quality in it all.
It's not just another film. Jason Ritter was just great too, it was funny to watch his character on the screen. If you take on this film with a grain of salt, it just might surprise you.
